For insurance and safety purposes, ITC workouts are for members only. Our goal is to provide all workouts at no additional cost, outside of your membership fee.

2026 Summer Programming

Monthly Brick Workouts

  • June to Mid-September

    Bricks are typically a 14-15 mile bike ride followed by a 5k run.

  • Location will vary depending on the ride leader. Check the calendar and emails for specific location, date, and time.

  • Bricks are scheduled for almost every weekend May - August. Check the calendar for dates!

Open Water Swims

  • June to September

    Time: 6 pm every Monday
    (Arrive 15 mins early)

  • To be communicated

  • Every Monday evening (6PM) starting at end of June through September. As in previous years, we manage a separate open water swim list for information and notifications. Our hosts also ask that anyone new to the swims attend a canoe clinic (see calendar). Please complete this interest form if you're planning on participating in the swims!

Skill Clinics

  • Varied

  • Check the calendar and emails for more information

  • Clinics are an opportunity to hone triathlon specific skills. Topics will vary and may include bike handling, transition, fueling, and recovery.
